Default Hummer h3 cold start problem

Hello , still struggling with 2007 hummer h3. It crank when the weather is cold in Florida when it’s like 40 degrees it would crank and no start I took it to few mechanics and no one seems to figure out the problem. fuel pump pressure is good, battery is good, battery terminals are good. Can’t seem to figure it out. Any solutions ?

no check engine code I took it to a mechanic and he checked all that and told me it’s the after market security system so I took this off and still happening . I saw like 3 different mechanics and no one seem to figure out the problem. I have that doc intake with aftermarket dry air filter. I cleaned the maf and still does it and it only happen when it’s cold or chilly

40 is cold? I'll take that right now.. When you turn the key on, can you hear the fp? Can you post a video, showing the instrument cluster, with sound, starting before you turn the key on, through a few seconds of cranking?

Are you sure you are getting fuel pressure? Is the passlock security system faulting? That would shut the fuel pressure off even if you have a new pump.
search here lots of info on that

yes I am positive and all the mechanics said I am getting a great fuel pressure Because it’s new pump and the security thing is disabled the car is tuned long time ago from super module
