There is no problem with starting the engine and driving, but sometimes the instrument panel is turned off and off, and if you turn on the right turn, the left turn light will turn on or the rpm gauge won't move. The wiper blinks normally, but the ventilation indicator and the instrument panel don't operate normally, so why is that and what is the solution? I would appreciate it if you could let me know [ davidkang00@gmail.com ] its my email
Let's look at some easy stuff. Are you still trying to use the Crappy Azzed OEM Battery Terminals? If so, they have got to go and be replaced with Stingers or your favorite aftermarket brand. The #1 first mod to be done to every H3 and a known cause for many electrical gremlins.
Next, do you have a sunroof? If so, has the right side (passenger side in USA) carpet been wet?
ithink its not the battery problem and yes i have a sunroof

there is a sun roof and mabye the carpet was wet before bcuz sunroof leaks some time
If you still have the OEM Battery Terminal connectors, they are a PROBLEM every time all the time. You asked for solutions, you can listen and learn, or wing it best you can, up to you. Do yourself a favor and search out how many times the battery terminals are THE issues with many, many electrical issues. There is a recent thread at the front of the board, read through it. Please excuse the bantering, but it shows what I am talking about. H3 Alpha 2009, Multiple System Faults
For the sunroof... not the roof that is leaking, but the drains are plugged. Do the mod ASAP then investigate the BCM and its harness for corrosion and compromise. Finally, a fix for clogged sunroof drain tubes

Good luck.
Thank you so much. I didn't know what the battery terminal was, and I thought you said it was a battery problem. It's been less than a month since I replaced it with a new battery. I replaced the battery terminal like your advice, and it was solved. The existing engine warning has disappeared. I'm sorry and thank you
