2006 h3 will not turn over. New battery clean tight cables. Replaced complete fuse box under hood all relays/fuses checked. Accessories all work. Any ideas?

Just because you got a new battery off the shelf from some auto store does not mean it is fully charged and ready to go. What is the resting voltage?

Are you still using the Crappy Azzed OEM battery Terminal Connectors? If so, impossible to have a tight connection. First Mod to do to every H3/H3T is to replace those junk connectors with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand.

Assuming you have 12.6V+ resting Battery Volts, have you tried to jump the solenoid posts with key in run position or checked for voltage there?

Last, you said you replaced the fuse block so my next question is do you have all other power to the truck? There is a trick to correctly connecting the fuse block to the harness connectors in the tray below and when you do not get that right, you will have issues.
