Default H3 heat Blend door gear pushed in stuck on cold

has anyone ever replaced the gear for heat blend door on a H3. All actuators and climate control are good. the is no female part inside the heater box.

Not on an H3, but I repaired a broken blend door on the rear heat/AC unit on a Tahoe. Used JB Weld and a metal rod to repair the broken shaft. Worst part was gaining access, something that is likely to be a problem on the H3 as well.
