Clicking that's felt through the floor - body bushings?
I've noticed that after some light off-roading, my rig develops a clicking/thumping that I can feel through the floor (driver side) It only happens when I'm braking and turning right, like when pulling into a parking lot from the main road.
I’ve read that body mount bushings could be the culprit, and some people have had success by adding a washer or spraying the bushings with silicone lube. Apparently, this clicking or thumping tends to show up after driving in dusty conditions and disappears when it's rainy or more humid out.
Last time this happened, I sprayed all the bushings with silicone lube, and the noise went away. I'm not sure which bushing was the cause since I sprayed several areas.
I've recently replaced my front diff bushing, steering rack bushing, sway bar bushing, driveshaft, and wheel bearing — but I experienced this clicking before those replacements so I know they're not the culprit.
I also have a set of brand-new sway bar end links that I haven't installed yet. The old ones look worn out, but I'm unsure if they'd be responsible for this clicking/thumping.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Remind me again, what year truck is yours. Can you feel it in the brake pedal and steering wheel? If so, might be a worn intermediate steering shaft?
Take a read through this old Sticky Thread. It is Old, and Long, but if you think it describes what you have, it might lead you to the problem. UPDATE: Front-end Rattle...Any Suggestions?
