few thousands probably and my wife was coming home from work and she called saying the gauge is getting really hot so she arrived home on time and it was like close to red . And the number were like 229. And I noticed the bubbling in the reservoir. Than when it cool down I opened the cap and I noticed that there wasn’t a lot of cooler in the radiator which was strange. I filled it up and it was still bubbling since then

Well, based on that I would suspect the overheating is either related to an issue with the head gasket replacement, or perhaps the prior head gasket failed because there is a mechanical issue causing overheating that is not yet identified/resolved.
