Default Bleeding brakes with Auto scanner

I recently replaced all 4 calipers on my H3 and the front brake lines with stainless lines. I have a vacuum brake bleeder and an Autel scanner to bleed the ABS but I'm still struggling to get the brakes bled. When using the scanner and using Auto Bleed it starts with the Left Rear and pushes fluid through without a problem. Then it goes to the right rear but I don't get any fluid coming out. It prompts me asking if it purged the air out of the line and when I click 'no' it says the bleeding is complete. It never even gets to the front wheels. What am I missing? Can I change the order that it bleeds, so that I can start with the right rear?

I've read that once the ABS is bled that you can use a vacuum bleeder to finish the job but that doesn't seem to work either? Seems like all I can get is a stream of fluid with air bubbles in it through the bleed hose.

You do not need to use a scanner unless you replaced the ABS Module or disconnected any line at the module. I assume you have been filling the Master Cylinder and keeping the lid ON it when in between fills/top offs?

I have been very careful not to let the fluid get low and I've been putting the cap back on. I only replaced two lines from the master cylinder to the rubber lines that go to the calipers, nothing that goes to the ABS module.

Cap OFF!!!! Air NEEDS to get in MC to GRAVITY bleed! Simple: after repair, fill MC(cap off), open bleeders at the wheels, close when fluid(no air) comes out.
