I reached out to another electrical shop who said then can do a trace on the circuits the first of the month.
I did learn that the BCM circuitry for the hazard lights in the front and the back, etc. are all on completely separate circuits some go through the fuse box while others go through the BCM
i am learning a lot about automotive electronics.
thanks again to everyone trying to help.
what a frustrating adventure this is.
Did you look at the wiring diagram posted above? Dark Green> Right Rear Brake Light Turn Signal

The dark green wire also goes to the trailer wiring.

Remove the scotchlok connector since it isn't connected to anything and repair the wire with solder and shrink wrap with sealant.
Then proceed with your testing/probing.

i am just getting a lot of out of stock and unavailable.

Dig it. I found one on ebay and got it ordered.
hopefully it will be ok.
this is the second one that has had the same issue so now we’re trying to figure out why it keeps killing that circuit.
were going to remove all the trailer construction and replace them and see if that could be the problem.
thanks Doc I appreciate you as always
ill update again soon.
