if the fuses have no voltage why would the pcm be the issues? the pcm needs the power to come from the fuse block. unless the pcm is blowing fuses.

#21 hot ignition on, #14 & #25 hot all times. Get a
multimeter multimeter
/voltmeter and check ACTUAL VOLTAGE! Start from the battery terminals, mega fuse, etc...Look for voltage drop.

May not be a correction, yet a cheap updated pcm is always nice to have on hand, considering the history on this1.

I was able to get it to start and run. I was inspecting the fuse block again for the 100th time going through fuse by fuse reading the cover. Fuse #5 was missing. It is for Batt Strt Rly (I think) 10 amp. Put a new one in and the wife was able to fire it right up. I know for a fact that I did not accidentally remove and not replace. I took pictures of it before I ever started checking anything. Also my new PCM will be here this Friday. Hopefully removing the Alpine receiver and the box for the chimes to work will fix all the electrical gremlins running around. Hummerz thank you very much for all of your help.and putting up with my frustration.

Thank goodness! Every time I see a notification for this thread, I click right over hoping you've gotten it figured out. These things are big toasters when they don't run

Blame it on a hungry rodent. Funny thing is, you posted a pic of your fuse box, yet only showed the relays. There are 2 required fuses to start/run on the top row, #3 fuel pump(15amp) and #5 battery ignition switch(10amp). Update when you install the new pcm, and save the old 1. Clean connectors too.

Yep have both above. I am holding off installing the PCM for a couple of days to see how it runs. It starts and runs great right now and only the TPMS light is on. You also said you had a Chevy truck that had a fried PCM because of the stereo interface. I was going to try and run a new stereo without it but it will not power on without it as what I was told.

I found that while searching "shuts off after 10 seconds" Thought you meant starts/runs shuts off? Found that @ silveradosierra the poster posted an update fix. Definitely check the new pcm without an aftermarket radio.
Did you attempt to reset tpms?
