I verified the security light flashes once and only once when I use the RKE with doors all closed sitting in the drivers seat. I did reverify there is no voltage drop in the start position. Only click I hear is the Start/Run relay engaging.

It does not turn over at all. Thats why there is no voltage drop. Before this electrical hell started it started right up all the time.

There should be a voltage drop without starter, check/post voltage on both sides of #14 fuse.

I will do that in the morning when it's light outside. It died the last time pulling into my driveway. Hasn't started since.

I can only imagine the frustration with this! Especially your experience with the dealership and such. I hope it all settles soon and you have some sort of break through on it.

I finally was able to go check fuses. Fuse 14 has "0" volts. I also checked fuses 13 - 35. no voltage present. Checked all the grounds in the engine bay and motor. I finally ordered the PCM. I should have it mid next week. I believe since the OBD plug comes back with "Error" and doesn't read. Other ideas? Thank you again for all of your help.

Have you tried disconnecting, inspecting, and reconnecting the two connectors supplying the fuse panel (on the underside)? Maybe there isn't a proper connection there for some reason.
