The max on the front should be 23.5" or you will start tearing up stuff. After you adjust the T Bar on that right front, drive it around the block so to speak, then measure to allow it to settle into position.

I llowered the passenger side only, but the drivers side was going down as well. I adjusted the drivers side now both fronts sit at 23 and the rears are 24. I am not sure how much more I can crank up the drivers side. I had to use two very long wrenches for leverage to get is to come up. Could the torsion bars be worn out?

Torsion bars are worn out when they break. You got it level side to side which is a key for handling control when driving. 23 fronts is what mine are set at for 12yrs and still all OEM factory installed front end suspension & drive train except for the shocks I replaced with Monroe reflex when I purchased. Drive on and enjoy the ride.

No need to drive>>> JOUNCE. Same procedure used when performing a proper alignment.
