Ok,
New Battery Terminals and covers are in. I also cleaned and checked the grounds. Hopefully that fixes it.

Well, same problem still exists

Guess I have more troubleshooting ahead of me.... Any ideas?

I ended up putting in a new alternator. It seemed to fix the problem. But I also sold the Hummer not long after so I don't know if it solved it for good.
