Airbag code B0092
2006 Adventure...and why would that matter they are equipped with the same passenger presense sensor??
Thank you for the info, start looking for an Air Bag (SRS) Control Module. If you have a capable bidirectional scanner capable of programming the SRS Module and it fails to communicate, you found your problem.
If you are just getting an occasional air bag fault light, you can clear the BCM by placing the vehicle in Neutral, engine running, put one foot on the brake and hold it there, push the Emergency brake on with the other foot and release it, repeat the E brake and release 5 times fairly quickly. If the light stays off, it was a glitch. Happened to my 07 a few times a year until I had to replace the SRS Module. The E Brake clear works on BCM fault light, it may or may not actually clear a BCM code depending on what it is, it will not reboot/clear a BCM problem from a short or flash based corruption.
You could always try to clean all the contacts with the module and sensors while the battery is disconnected to see if corrosion is a problem with the offending circuit. I'm betting replacement module.
Good luck.
The 2006 seats wire harness is actually different from appx. mid 2007 on. They do use the same sensors.

Does this module if replaced have to be programmed?
