Btw, did you ever find when the last time your rear diff fluid was changed? Some recommend as low as every 12k miles. Clean fluid is a good thing, especially when the odometer rises. Preventive maintenance is the key to longevity.
Absolute agita!

I have not been back for a while, but the H3 was diagnosed by GM dealer, that pulled and cleaned the ABS, the crunching of the brakes still persist.

There is no error code being thrown.

Just sunk another $2K into the H3:

Oil Change
Rear Brake pads / resurface rear rotors
Right front axle boot
Front lower ball joints

Was not expecting the above.

Got it back and now the interior dash lights are not coming on and the brakes are still crunching.

Again no error codes.

My calculated charges should be:

Oil Change $49.99 (Full synthetic + free tire rotation)
Rear Brake pads / resurface rear rotors ($119.99)
Right front axle boot ($199.99)
Front lower ball joints ($299.99)

How did this turn into a $2k repair? Post a pic of your receipt.
