The whole fuse box was swapped with another so cant be the issue I have un plugged and re plugged in replays fuses so many times swapped things around un plugged whole harness re installed It looks like most people just get lucky and its a relay or box.

 

With engine running did you verify proper voltage at fuse #46?

Did you verify same voltage at the pcm?

 

Well i 100% ruled out the fuse box I took it all the way apart its clean. I just ordered a dash harness off of a parts truck since mines been messed with alot if that fails. Im removing the entire harness from the engine bay to inspect it I almost had this truck sold a few times but people are a pain in the *** so i give up at this point its just a challenge im going to make this Fking thing run and drive then sell it probably break even.

 

Welp I finally gave up cut my losses trucks gone thanks for the help tho. If i ever get another hummer its going to be a old one with the least amount of eletronics possible lol.
