Hi all, new to the forum so take it easy, went for a drive up to the Flinders Rangers in South Australia on the weekend , 4 hour drive to do some 4wd, going up the first decent hill and the Hummer starts missing, goes into reduced power mode and throws code P1682. reset the code and it drives fine until I put it under load at low revs and does it again. We don't have too many Hummer experts down under so any advice would be appreciated. 2008 Hummer H3 3.7 auto.

Thanks Happy, I had already looked up the code but was hoping someone may have experienced similar symptoms so i have an idea were to start looking.

@ the ignition switch, unplug connector, clean contacts with electrical contact cleaner, coat contacts with dielectric grease, reconnect. If that does not correct the problem, replace ignition switch. GL
