His "gm tech" didn't read the bulletin I posted above.
Tech 2® – The Tech 2 is used to set up a replacement BCM, which includes loading the odometer value that is displayed and stored in the IPC......*The odometer programming is integrated as part of the BCM programming procedure. It is not a stand-alone event.
