Ok, battery tests at 12.1V off and 14.2V on while all accessories are on. I’m assuming that’s close enough?

Are there any ground straps besides the two near the battery I should check?

Your battery is low; 12.1 volts is only a 50% state of charge.

Ok, bought a new Optima battery, installed it. Cleared codes. Removed body grounds cleaned and tightened. I will say that it seems to run smoother so far, but that could be in my head...

Yes, however you can see the battery voltage inside, before you take action. Min. 12.5v resting/ Min. 14.5v charging/ Min. 11v starting.

Update: driven around 100 miles since the battery swap and ground strap cleaning and no problems yet. No codes. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Did get the passlock problem yesterday morning again, so guess I’ll be doing the ignition switch replacement and a new key as well...
