If you are still using the OEM Battery Terminal Connectors, hack them off immediately and replace with your favorite quality aftermarket brand, like Stingers. Otherwise, you are just wasting your time cleaning the OEMs..
They are THE #1 mod to be done to every H3/H3T. Known garbage that cause a host of electrical issues.

Sorry the lack on an update. After that last post I started looking further and found the previous owner had put on some aftermarket connectors as well as removed the battery box. These connectors looked good but we’re not doing the job and I found more corrosion inside the clamps and there was no way to clean it out. I ended up getting a set of Stingers from a buddy and installing them.

Still had issues with all the lights mentioned, so I started going through the fuse bank with a test light. Found relay labeled HVAC was not working. $18.99 later and my truck is back to running great! 100 miles trip this weekend and no problems. Thanks for the help!

Well, the stability control reduced power message came back. Runs fine. Same codes as originally posted. Going back to check wiring.

Am I correct in assuming this is the TPS?

That is the connector/contacts to clean, and inspect the wiring.

Well I cleaned every single connection I could find with electrical contact cleaner. Pulled fuse box, checked underneath (no corrosion but a little dusty) cleaned the main connectors there, pulled plugs on PCM and cleaned even though they look great.

No breaks or apparent shorts in the wires at all. This car was garage most of its life, no rodent action that I can tell. Also cleaned the tps and pps terminal twice.

I briefly disconnected the battery so the lights went away obviously. Drove for about 15 miles with no issues.

One thing I did notice is that the TCS button appears to not do anything, whether I press and release or hold for 10 seconds. As of right now that’s the only symptom I can tell. Guess I’ll drive for a while and see!

Take a close look at the wiring to the APPS too.
