My 2006 H3 is not shifting and the speedometer is not moving. I have to manually shift to 1 to move off. When in 1 vehicles feels as 2. This issue popup today.

Prior to that the vehicle has been stuck in 4WD. I have problems with the wheels locking up while turning. I was getting ready to change the TC fork. Any advise welcome.

 

transfer case can be stuck in neutral.. check the shift fork or actuator motor

 

Solved. We changed TC forked and 4WD is working well now. The plastic fork was worn out as others suggested. We cleaned the Speed Sensor on the TC and cleaned the filter in the TC. The vehicle is changing fine again. Seems topping up the TC with fluid affected the speed sensor.

 

If you do not properly seat the T Case speed sensor, you get the symptoms you had.
