Swapped out the crappy 80 watt motor for a 180 watt that pulls about 25amps its 10 blade 16 inch so cfm should be around 3500. Also finally installed the Orion header, along with new o2 sensors. Also got around to installing the exhaust as well. So my set up since factory is pretty free flowing, I cut out the secondary cats and welded on 2.5 inch straight through pipe with a smooth bend back to factory mounting point. Then added the dynomax rear section. What I did though for just easy take off is I added a v band clamp. Also added the lased designs brackets for the fogs. And the matching fogs with red rings.

No need for a band clamp on an ultra flow.

haven't posted in a while but tragedy struck, head had valve seating issues causing oil consumption. Spun a bearing, but got the whole motor rebuilt with better than OEM IMO parts. will post pics soon of progress.

Just .02 cents of observation, you are in FL, 3500 CFM is pretty weak for all that cooling and a single thin blade fan is LOUD when on (had one for years up here in MI, but half the year is cool-cold outside).

Sorry about the motor issue, but you are 100% on it. Great work, keep it up.

thanks for the input, I changed up the set up to 16 spal slim high amp fron fan and rear fan on radiator as you see but changed to a high output spal as well. I'm also redoing all the power and ground, I'll be running at 240amp alternator. I stopped by the machine shop today they prepped the block still gotta do the head, then wait in the vvt sprocket and bearings. I went with mahle/clevite top to bottom and cloyes for the timing stuff. Will have more pics after Thanksgiving and hopefully by first week or so of December should be up and about. Also I switched to a mechanical stat on the upper radiator hose. Same set up Guerrero has on hummerxforums.
