ARB is a great bumper. we have had several.

Personally crash tested on the H3T by a crack head in a head on. ARB did it's job.

I ran a PCMofNC.com Efan on my 07 Adventure for about 8 years, still have it to put on my Alpha when I need to swap out the Radiator when it leaks. Loved it, hardly ever turns on when below 50F, which is a lot of the year in MI, unless doing low speed wheeling under load. Where you are, I'd stick with the clutch fan because the Efan will be running near all the time.

My exact thoughts, i did get i contact with this guy and we talked about his set up and 3 possible other set ups. SO what my plan is to stay for now with stock tstat replacement, do this version of the efans and then wire up a front auxiliary in front of condenser. with the same fan controller. but running 2 since 1 can run 2 fans. Also my bilstein 5100s came in, gonna try either tonight if not this weekend for install.

Also because the ARB bumper weights 485lbs ive decided against it, instead my buddy is going to fabricate on for me that will be half the weight. Stay tuned!!
