Driving H2 into remote places ( spare parts lost )
Hummer H2For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.
Here's a Hummer H2 OEM transmission cooler bracket... When I replace mine with a new one, it came with a new bracket so I saved this old one. Let me know if you want it. You can easily use one of those oil cooler mounting kits they use the plastic locking pieces that slide through the fins to mount an aftermarket cooler that is wider.

thank you sir
where did you buy your new cooler ?
i noticed that AC definitely is struggling to keep it cold, even though i just did the service on it.
i believe I have to change the condenser and the dryer.
Bought it on RockAuto perhaps two years ago. If I was to do it again, I would fit and aftermarket cooler couple inches wider than the OEM.
For the AC I replaced my condenser when I replaced the radiator. I also found evidence of freon leaking, leaving a residue behind the AC compressor pulley. So replace the AC compressor, the orifice and the air dryer. Pulled of vacuum on the system for 30 minutes.... Recharged, and it's been nice cold ever since. There's several different compressors available on RockAuto. I went with one that was middle of the road and price.
