change out the actuator located to the right side of the steering wheel, kind of behind the stereo area. Pay attention to how the gear wheel behind it comes off. About an hour and 80 bucks.

We need more info. Do any of the vents have good flow? What about at the windshield?

Default Blend issues

No vent blows hard, all are weak flow. I can hear the flappers moving when I change the setting and they blow out correct locations. All are cold.

Do you have a cabin air filter? It could be dirty and blocking flow. Have you checked to see that the air intake in the floor is not blocked? If the fan is running fast and the flow is not sufficient then something must be either blocking the intake or the actual flow. Good luck!

Default Ac blend

Mine is a 2003 so as far as I know you have to cut the box open under passenger side to change cabin filter. Does anyone have a good way to do this?

There is no filter. You can hack the box open to install one if you want one.

Its a bit of a pain to remove but I'd pull both wipers and remove the cowl cover. On the passenger side is the air intake and blower wheel. Mine had somehow gotten a bunch of leaves in it over the years and was starting to make noise. If the inside of the blower wheel is packed with leaves or something that would certainly reduce airflow.

I have a 2003 H2 and had air blowing out of the defrost only. I just replaced the driver side actuator and now I have air blowing through the front vents. But now the issue is that I have cool air blowing out the driver side and semi cool air blowing out the passenger side. With that said I'm going to now change the passenger side actuator located on top of the dash. The other issue I have is weak air floor through the rear back seat vents. Does anyone know what I need to check to resolve the weak air flow through the rear back seat rear vents?

Thanks in advanced for your help!

Default Blend issues

I took it to dealer to diagnose....they said main blend door needs replaced. But I have to discharge the ac system first. Has anyone had to do this? The dealer wants $2400 to fix it.
