Any leads on a front hood?

One 1 option; call your local salvage yards in Colorado until you find one.

Not my business, but if insurance is fixing it, shouldn't the burden of having a hood shipped be on the body shop and insurance company? If the shipper damages it, they try again at their expense?

A good shop should box it, pallet it, protect it and insure it... may cost a bit more... call Pacific Motors and see what they can do...

I will ask my body shop about this for sure. When I had shipped and received bumpers in the past, we shipped via Greyhound freight and never had a problem - just the minor inconvenience of going to the bus station.
