Driving home last night down my gravel road, I decided to do a quick 4x4 check. Everything shifted fine. Went to park it and the service 4x4 came on and now won’t shift outta park. The gear selector will move but won’t show on dash or internally shift gears.

 

broken shift cable bushing or bad pin on the transmmision range selector lever.
either way look at the transmmision for a disconected shift cable
