so much that a dyno number is unimportant in their eyes. I feel the same about my personal cars. When I talk about my vette I might mention how much power it makes, but on the other hand I doubt that people care if my Trailblazer makes 2XX
You obviously travel with a different circle of car enthusiasts than most of the HUMMER owners on this board and to base assumptions on your experiences will more thanlikely be the exception rather than the rule...as NUMBERS are important and not so much the seat of the pants impressions like I mentinoned...In regards to a Viper or Z06, the first question out is "what are the numbers?"...So don't assume the customers here will be any different.
What if I tuned your truck to make 20hp & 20 ft/lbs gain, but only at the very peak? Thus it would still drive the exact same everywhere else across the board. How many people are honestly interested in something they can't feel except in one cell? That's not for me. I believe in more than just peak numbers.

Like I said before, thanks for checking us out. If you are not interested in a seat of the pants gain & better driveability in everyday driving, we are not the company for you.

Dennis, take it easy man... try not to jump all over Kelly (no pun intended, get your minds out of the gutter!!!)

I might be interested in doing this over the winter months & going to an AWD dyno to get some numbers (I'd take the option to do the core exchange & dyno both by taking advantage of your 7 day grace period)
That would be cool. If you want to do something like that just shoot me an email, kelly@pcmforless.com. In a situation like that I can give you more than 7 days.

I'd have to check around the area and see if there are any AWD dynos that are closer to me than the only one I know of (not really a big fan of their business from the way they treated a couple of guys I know in the past). Also, it probably wouldn't be until around late december if I were to do something like that. Also, I was reading through your testimonials and was impressed by the praise that your customers have given you in the past.

Do you know if there are any differences between the Chevy Colorado's I5 and the Hummer H3's I5? I assume that there arn't, as the specs are the same (3.5L, 220hp, etc.)

Hi,

My name is Alvin and I helped start PCMforless.com 6 years ago.

The fact of the matter is this.

1st. The gains we are proud of are gains you will notice immediately after leaving your driveway. The truck will drive and feel better. It will also shift better. You will also see a decent improvement in MPG. You will not have to drive with our PCM at 100% throttle to notice a difference.

2nd. The factory WOT fueling and spark tables on the colorado, canyon, and H3 are IDENTICAL. Therefore the slack in the tuning from the factory is also identical. Perhaps one day I'll go visit a AWD dyno with a H3 and get numbers but until then the gains illustrated by our other I5 dyno sheets are a clear representation of what you will pick up in your I5 H3. They are the same engine.

Finally.

We are proud of these tunes we offer for these trucks. If we weren't would we offer to buy it back? Ask yourself this. Who else in the performance parts industry offers such a guarantee?

I ain't jumping on anyone (depends on what Kelly looks like too...j/k)...I was being very civil and matter of fact, having a technical discussion...Like I said..I was playing devil's advocate that's all...But anyway if it was taken wrong by Ms Kelly I apologize.

I'm sure her product is very good (program) and will do well...Being an engineer as I am, I work with numbers and specs all day long..And I can't talk to anyone in my line of work without the numbers backing my claims..that's where I'm coming from is all.

Besides, who the hell appointed you Kelly's body gaurd?
It's more like Alvin's product - I am just the PR person He is also an engineer, myself, I struggle with 2+2, but I can spell a lot better than he does

There are very few difference in the coloraod/canyon/H3's as far as PCM's go. The main fuel (VE, MAF calibration, and Power enrichments) and main spark are 100% identical. They even use the same part number PCM. Anyone with a copy of a tuning software like HPtuners can see this for themselves when comparing a 06 I5 Colorado and 06 I5 H3.

Plus Amanda does not on the forum.
Your right, I don't own it, but I run it along with Patrick... I decided to start a new ID instead of using the ID "Admin", just in case anyone wonders why there aren't many posts under this name.

Nonetheless, PCMForLess.com has a heck of a guarantee... who wants to be the first to test it out?! Report back and let us know how it goes!!
