Kelly, you need to read and also to learn to search the internet. OBA (on board air) is something you add to the vehicle.
The tire size and rim then can be a differing size from oem which allows for fitment.
If not an after market tire carrier could be utilized to install which ever size tire you desire.
I'm well aware you have an H3 lol...
