I just got 37" tires with 22's installed on my SUT and had the fifth one installed on my spare tire rack. I wanna know if there is a way to eliminate the plastic center piece so i can show the whole wheel and tire fully on the rear without anything blocking it. I have been searching every where and cannot find anything about it.

 

You can cut the round bracket off that holds the plastic piece on. I did that on my 06 took a grinder and cut it off. I moved my tag and made a bracket for my reece hitch for it .
