Actually Solar the three does very well. I have only taken our 3 out once but I was very impressed with it. You might be surprised. The events I have been at in an H1 the 3s always end up in the same parking lot as we do at the end of the day.

 

My personal opinion is that the 3 can do everything that the 2 can do. Just not as big and doesn't have as many "toys" inside. Sometimes the 3 can do more because of it's size, IF it is set up right.

Yeah.... the 3 gets around good.... the 3 drivers usually have more fun because they can drive around stuff if needed... I've had more problems on the trails than Trey has... I do more dumb ****.... but he's done everything he wanted other than this one mud pit he got buried in an I had to yank him out...

showup.... if you don't want to do an obsticle... then don't.... that's why they have reverse... or learn how to do it... usually experience is the biggest issue... once you safely learn how to do something... then you move on...

 

You could start a whole new thread about the 2 versus 3. The three, when I didnt own one, was one of the few vehicles that wheeled with us and I always was impressed. I agree with RHILL 100%. Heck I had the dealer tell me the other day no comparison in his opinion the 2 was luxury and the 3 was off road? Form your own opinions.At other events I ever wheeled at, people are always super nice and like to help newbies. Its usually the know it alls or people who think they have something others dont that end up in trouble. Like I said a million times alot has to do with the driver. Dont know if that is the way it is with Hummers but I have to assume its the same. So you could always take the vehicle and if you dont like it dont do it. I am attending a Hummer event in Wilmington NC this Sunday for my first event ever for Hummer. First time maybe doing some good trails. I just know I am new and coming over from another brand of vehicle and I am there to learn, listen and have fun. Go wheel it and have fun!

 

Ok, so maybe we should get a list on this thread of who is actually going....???? It would be fun to know!!! and maybe for us people that are far away, we can ride in together with other folks....just a thought!

I would be interested coming up from NC for a bunch of Hummers. Sorry I am at work so cant look too much but is there more info posted so I can read up on it for dates times, etc?
