I agree with you there, Sewie. I wanted a bank of 4 across the top but that would have limited the racks ability to take long small diameter material like tubing or 2x4s which I can stick down low on the rack and have extend over the front of the vehicle. I bet I can carry 16' material no problem that way. If I find I don't use it enough for that kind of hauling I may add more roof lighting, although the IPFs I have up there now are 100w lamps and light things up pretty good.
