Very nice and definitely one of a kind. [sm=smiley20.gif]

I think it needs more lights in the front though.

the rack looks great! Question - did you make the floor removable to be able to wash under the aluminum panel?

That's a good point ALROCK. I've had some friends that had Xterra's, similiar "basket" design on the roof rack. The used to catch hell cleaning under there, their paint under there was oxidized really bad and couldn't keep leaves from bunching up under it.

Not to take anything away from you, it looks great!

I had a guy with a mandrel bender help me with the bends...I did all the fabricating, tacked it together and then took it to a guy I know who welds exhausts and had him do all the welds...I wanted it to look good and although I probably could have done all the welding , I was afraid I'd blow large holes in the tubing and make a mess...I don't weld enough to be good on thin tubing.

Loosen 10 bolts and the rack is free...there's disconnects for the electrical where the rack joins the roof, so it might be a bit of a pain but removal would only take 10 min...I can wash most the dirt out through the perforated floor but maybe once a year removal and a good waxing underneath will be in order.
