Cylinder 1 coil is blocked by electrical wire housing, how do you remove that?
also, there are these pac man look like retainer clips, (what are these call?) and how to remove them.

I do not understand your issue. Remove the air intake and resonator box then all five coils are right there on top with zero in the way to remove any of them.
If you are talking about the plastic electrical harness bridge, it just un-clips so it can be moved.
P301 misfire, can't get the coil out.
