Fillup at unknown gas station.

Is it concerned by dreaded head issue ? ?
Vin is way above 68, its 88...

I see you posted this same question in another thread. It need only be asked once.

What "dreaded head issue?", that recall was for 2006 H3s ONLY, hence your 2007 is not within the serial numbers for the previously manufactured L52 heads without the hardened valve seats.

What you mean is you got a CEL that showed up. You may have a bad coil on plug pack on #5 (rear most cylinder), or the wiring harness and/or connector are frayed, dirty, cracked..... etc. .... and/or you have water in the spark plug well of #5.

Easy check, pull off the intake, and inspect the wiring to, and coil pack connector at #5. If nothing looks like a problem, swap coil pack on #5 with any other cylinder's coil pack, look in the spark plug well for water at #5 when you remove the coil pack, and see if the CEL follows the former #5 coil pack. If you move #5 to #2, and start getting a P0302 instead of the 5, then you know that coil pack is going bad.

So it has nothing to do with bad gas clogging injector or dirty maf + TB.
Fact is am in N.Africa and away from home, will wait to get back instead of getting stuck��
