Default Light on climate control burned out. Help!

Heater climate control panel in 2007 H2 - the one light behind the front defog button does not light.
All the other lights on the panel light up, except this one.

Is it serviceable? ie. does this unit have plug-in bulbs, or is it all one circuit board with soldered LEDs on it?

If it is a circuit board, anyone know a place to send it to for repair?
Or get a spare board, so that I do not have to go without a heater in the winter?

And last, how to go about freeing up the heater unit to pull it out?
How easy is that to do?

Thanks for your help.

I've replaced every light in my rig with LED's. I believe everything in the 2's are mini filament bulbs soldered in place. If you're decent with a soldering iron you can de-solder the burned out light and replace it. You'd save yourself a ton of money.

I haven't soldered anything in a vehicle, but I've fixed a number of video game consoles. Solder work is fairly easy. Buy a few resistors or something to practice with. you'll get the hang of it quickly. Then just solder the bulbs. There's also using youtube as a source for stuff like this, as well.

What brand LEDs are you using? I was going to do this but there's too many on Amazon to choose from. Lotta people had bad experiences with inferior bulbs.
