Sorry for the delay I was on a mission trip in KY. I start on one of the long sides (in the middle) and slightly pry with one of the these.
I use a flat thin piece of wood under to tool (at the elbow) to prevent creasing the plastic (makes a whitish color like when you bend plastic). Also do not use your finger to hold the pocket up while you work the perimeter. That edge is sharp. Once you get it out, you can sand the little tabs down some to make it easier to remove, but not too much or it will likely rattle.
