I finally gave up on finding an affordable aftermarket storage trunk w/sliding drawersfor the rear of the H3.

Hopefully, I can build one in the near future. Pretty simple thing to do, I just haven't had the time.

So......In the interum....To keep all my crap from rolling around, I got one of these:




$29 @ Academy Sports and Outdoors.

So far I have a portable air compressor, jumper cables, extraction gear, socket/wrench/plier/screw driver sets, spare fluids
and a whole bunch of other heavy crap stored in it. That frees up the side pockets and door area for my lighter stuff or
the crap I need to get to in a hurry. Still enough room for groceries and .....it does make a handy camp seat.

Feel free to post any solutions you have come up with....I know everyone else is not as cheap and easy as I am---

I love those things, but if I have between 700 and 1000 bucks to spend on the 3, it's going elsewhere.
