No, it was confirmed through the agencies conducting the investigation that this guy had hacked the so called USERs account and had conducted several of these fraudulent deals through other peoples accounts. As of now they told me its gonna take awhile and thats if they even follow the money to the suspect.

 

I know how you feel, I found my Christmas gift via ebay last month, my wife paid through paypal on 11-13, still have not rec'd the item,nor a email, and all posetive feedback on this person too...I filed a complaint through paypal,the seller still has not replied....it is fun to browse ebay but it scares me to buy something and not have it in my hands right after paying for it...good luck in getting results!!
