My wife works at our bank and says the guy has a USAA account and cashed it at a military bank. Dont you have to be in the military to have a USAA account? That would really be bad. I guess I will have to get the law involved with all these crazy twists etc. Oh well, the Lord has blessed me with being able to come home for Christmas so I am not gonna let it get me down. Thanks for the concern folks.

Ebay sucks but where else are you going to go? I know there other sites but none as big as ebay and they know it! I buy and Sell on ebay, and am a good seller, but one item I sold the USPS (for what ever reason) took 12 days to deliver a priority mail package. Anyway the buyer submited a complaint on day 10. Ebay suspended both my ebay and paypal accounts ASAP. To make a long painful story short it took 6 months for me to get back up. It seems like the bad sellers get away with everything, and good sellers get the shaft. Press ebay hard, and don't forget to play the military card. Have your wife file a police report (or FBI Fraud), and worse comes to worse you can write it off on you taxes. Stay safe, and I hope you still can get home for Christmas.

Hey popocamaro1 you have the right attitude above lil' buddy, keep the faith. I believe what goes around comes arounds, it sometimes takes years though. Bless you and your family. I truly appreciate what you are doing for us and our country.

Thanks everyone, it was turned over to law enforcement & the feds, so thanks for all the words and if anything happens I will let everyone know and if not like I said before I am thankful for what I do have and my treasure or wheels wait for me in heaven :O)
