Yeah I really do not get this stuff, directed at an H2 ok whatev, it is the knee jerk cultural duty at this point, but an H3... ehhh, it's not that big... you can't even get a mtn bike in there like an Xterra. But to hear this crap aimed at the H3 PICKUP TRUCK? Give me a break! Every tribal-tatted fauxhawked douche in the south bay here in Calif drives a lifted F250 flat out everywhere he goes & they escape the liberal selfrighteousness, but the H3T gets the sourpuss faces? What a joke. But I guess as the "stop ppl on the street to ask basic geographical questions" bit on Leno proves, the general public is fuggn retarded.

That Top Gear video is awesome. You also have to remember the figures of 17mpg for the prius and 19mpg for the M3 are in miles to the UK gallon. As a really rough conversion knock 2mpg off each for US gallon.

Therefore 15mpg for a Prius and 17mpg for the M3. As we all know the 15mpg is achievable on a H2 therefore as the life of a Prius is about 100k and an H2 supposedly around 300k can all Hummer drivers please abuse Prius drivers about the damage they are causing to the environment!!!

As it says in the video - its not what you drive - its how you drive it.

 

I've gotten 15.5 mpg out of my H2 so I don,t see what their freakin problem is. The a holes even try to run me out of the road but I don't give any.

 

Thank God I drive my Hummer in Canada and Canadians LOVE Hummers!!!

We got alot of brainwahsed dweebs here now that cannot think outside what the TV or internet tells them, and they think America and the old American way of life is NOW the creator of all evil in the world instead of the reason the world moved forward to begin with...I hope to GOD that this country comes back full tilt to the kind of nation so many have died for.

Those who still own guns, support the US in being the strongest military force in the world, think Illegal means illegal , and read bibles, well they drive GM Hummers. We don't apologize for it..we support it. If they don't like it they best hope that their is a right lane for their prissus to move into...cause this year we put them in the rear view mirror one way or another.

 

I was just reading about the issue that people have against hummer owners, I have had my fair share but nothing really noteworthy until I was driving down the freeway and all of a sudden something hit my windshield and put a huge crack in it, my husband said it looked like someone shot at it with a bebe gun. Incredible. By the way I have a major issue with my Hummer. A while ago there was a FIRE in my hummer h2 2003, the firemen said it looked like the heating element wires in the front passenger seat caught fire and burnt the seat and surroundings. Incredible the seat motor still works, up, down, forward, backward but there is a huge hole where the seat should be. We have been able to clean it up pretty well and are now looking for a replacement seat and plastic panels surrounding it. If anyone has any leads about a seat or parts that won't cost me in upward of 3K can you let me know? Thanks

It seems we can all probably relate. I get the same thing all the time; everyone thinks I spent 100K to buy th thing and it uses another 100K + a steady supply of puppies to fuel the thing. And this is usually from the Tahoe/ full size lifted truck drivers. It also seems that when I'm on the highway people can't stand it if I pass them. They will go from driving 5 mph below the speed limit to 15 mph above so they can get in front of me. Idiots. Ah well, I choose to play along with the idiots aznd fabricate stories of how many animals, or perhaps even people I have run over while driving it. But its always hard to give an accuarate count because it happens so often and I'm aLways in too much of a hurry to get to the gas station to stop and check. I think people are more jealous of the SELF-CONFIDENCE we Hummer drivers have , because, while many can afford the vehicle, not many are confident enough to pull it off. So :cheers to all you Hummer owners
