A cheap noid light will diagnose p0201, before you start throwing parts at it.

For me the TCS system doesn't make the problem, i would check the plugs, sparks, injectors and if all those are ok i would change all the ignition coils. They are cheap and easy to install and new sparks. After that if the problem isn't fix, check the main ignition coil. At last would go to a GM dealer.

P0201 cylinder #1 injector fault, P0301 cylinder #1 misfire.(which can be caused by P0201) Clean/lube connector, and or repair wiring to connector, to cylinder #1 injector, and there is no need to throw more parts at it.

What do you mean by lube the connector?

I checked the wiring and as soon as I touched the wires on #1 it started running smooth. I cleaned the connector and going to drive it for a little bit and see if it does it again. I can't tell if it's a connector or the wire connection in the connector. From my research it looks like the replacement is a 3 wire female connector that would have to be spliced to the wires. Thanks everyone for the help. Not sure what I would do without this forum.

2. If the wires are in good shape, you can replace just the terminals also, if you are unable to get them clean with electronic cleaner. Splicing in a new pigtail adds more resistance and points of potential failure. GL
