Have an 07, question about mileage

I was wondering how long did it take for your mileage to get to normal. My truck has 400 miles on it and I am averaging 14.5 mpg with a mix of city and highway driving, no A/C. I figure that I should be around 17mpg

I think I remember seeing that the engine break in goes until 500 miles and then it retunes to normal driving. I wouldn't expect a major increase though...I get about 15.5 city+hwy in my '06..seems like the '07's might do a little less due to the extra power though. 17 might be a little optimistic but its reasonable I suppose

Have been keeping up to date on my mileage in My new H3X. Just filled it up yesterday and got 15. About 50/50 highway and around town. I was happy with that. No AC windows down alot of the time. Averaging 65-70 on the highway. just passed 1200 miles total. I had an all highway triop earlier on (about 300 miles in) and it came out to 18MPG but that included being stuck in traffic for about 30 minutes.

My '06 Adventure gets about 15.5-16.5 when I drive it everyday to and from work, the morning is smooth sailing, but the afternoon is about and hour of stop and go rush hour traffic. 15 miles one way.
