Default gas mileage question

Quick question is there any difference in gas mileage between the basic H3 package and the offroad size tires?

Thanks

Why shouldnt he be concerned with gas milage? Although one doesnt necessarily buy an h3 because of its mpg... its still something to take into consideration when buying a vehicle even if it is a hummer. I wouldn't buy a hummer if it got 6 mpg, would you?

btw.. the h3 gets pretty decent mpg compared to most vehicles in its class... although I'm still in the process of trying to figure out my mpg issues on my h3.

Ours has the off road tire package and we seem to get in the high teens. It is a very comfortable and stable ride. I'm not sure of the other H3's or H3T. My guess is that they would be pretty close. We don't drive ours very far so the slightly lower fuel economy is not of great concern, I think its pretty respectable considering our use.

I was averaging 18-19 MPG with my stock tires. I changed to 35's and my mileage dropped to 15-16 MPG

I havethe H3T Alpha with the Adventure Pkg (33in tires) and its giving me a solid 14 mpg in town. I have yet to take it on a long highway run to see what it makes on the highway, but I would expect a few mpg increase.
