I read your other post, sounds very familiar to what happened to me. Have them check the ignition coils and the leads........ Going to pick up my truck from the dealership tomorrow...... hopefully its fixed.

I just thought it was strange that my truck jus started as soon I installed the intake.. Make me think it has to do with the maf sensor or tps sensor.. Let me know how you make out tomorrow.. I'm actually on vacation and not returning til Wednesday.. So I can get to the dealer for a couple days...

I think they found the problem!! Just picked up my truck and it runs good! ( for now )
2 wires going to the number 2 coil were bare and shorting out on the bracket causing it to misfire. But Prior to this happening there was a faulty coil that they did replace. If you are having a problem and it does get worse, you'll more than likely get a " check engine" light. They can then do a diagnostic and see where the fault happened. Or if you have a good dealership they may just check out these things for you. Is your intake for the 5.3L? I would like to pick one up too, let me know where you got it from.

You can get it from truckaddons.com, part number is 15653, is the same part number as the 08 h3 alpha with the 5.3..

I took the intake off today, the trucks runs perfect now.. Something with intake made the truck run messed up.. I'm still trying to get some help from Volant.. I wouldn't order anything yet till I find out what's wrong with the intake..

...well i've had no probs w/ tranny in my H3T-A, could it be yours driven style 'cause the tranny learns from ya'ls... and Hummer H3/T 1-4 manual gear select is unusual for automatics in GM products... so that makes it special and unique... and i've read (my conclusion) that 5-6-speed autos can get caught off guard easy, so simple is better for me....
