Default Sad day for my H3

So, I listened to everyone's suggestions. I got the monster sun shell, got upgrades on my tranny rebuild. I paid 2500 and drove my H3 3 miles away from the mechanics when the transmission fluid came pouring out. The guy next to me ran out of his car to tell me to pull over asap because my transmission was gone. Fluid everywhere from a radiator clip coming off. I don't trust my car anymore.

Get out while you still can!

Meaning cut your loses! Hummers in general are famously problematic. I love my H3 but the days is coming when I'm getting rid of her. The Toyota Tundra is a very reliable truck as is the Jeep SRT. The SRT reminds me of my H3 but with TONS more power, better comfort and reliable!

SELL IT.

It's not your H3 it's the stupid person who "repaired" your trans.
Can't fault a vehicle for that one.

Don't listen to the ding-ding above. We don't know what his real issues are and don't care.

Exactly, those lines need to be snapped back in a certain way.
Sounds like your guy was rushing to finish the job.

That was exactly it! The mechanic said the radiator clip wasnt part of the transmission rebuild but it snapped because they had to mess with the lines and the original pieces were cheap plastic instead of brass. He took responsibility but it was a huge headache and I'm wondering what else was disturbed as a result? I just don't want to be stranded again. My H3 seems to be running well but I've only been driving within a 5 mile radius until I have some trust built back up with it. Im not a Tundra type. I wouldn't want a truck. Nothing against Toyota, my husband has an FJ and it runs great but at 11 miles per gallon, I'll take my H3 over it any day! Plus, Within a 2 week period, I was in 2 accidents (rear ended) and both times I was the only one driving away. 2 new Lexus and a navigator were totaled. My H3, solid!!
