Default H2 shifting problems....

I have an 03' H2 with 265k miles.

Somewhere around 6 months ago it started down shifting intermittently.

It does it after it's hot and when I hit bumps and lane reflectors. Any trauma thrown at the suspension causes this thing to violently down shift. The speedo will start bouncing back and fourth between 60-80mph while on the freeway and if I don't back out of the throttle and baby it, the transmission will start dropping down to 3rd and sometimes 2nd at all speeds. It also does this at 20, 30 and 40mph range too but only after I get off the freeway. If I put the pedal to the matt it will sometimes just jump out of gear and rev out.

The dealer has had it 6 times...... they have resealed transfer case, put in a new factory transmission and more money invested in tylenol than you can imagine I'm sorry if i'm hurting feelings here but the mechanics at the dealer only know how to read the diagnostic machines these days. They cannot fix it....

Any help????

Wow, that is crazy and would suck.. I am curious if there is a sensor involved.. I mean, if you hit even the smallest of bumps on the freeway it causes it.. I will be talking to a mechanic I know and I will run it by him to see if he has ever heard or knows anything..
