H2 rattling

H2 rattling

While driving on the highway, at around 65-80mph, I hear light rattling around on the dashboard area of my H2. Does this happen to anyone else's Hummer? If so, what can i do to eliminate the sound? Thanks.

Is it an inside rattle or outside?

Noise is on the inside. More towards the front passenger dashboard area. And the Driverside dashboard area.

by the wipers their are the two plastic covers. The big square one on both sides. I had to take mine off and put tape on the clips and no more noise.

Are you talking bout the air covers on hood?

yes thats what I was going to say. Those are troublesome alot to make a rattling noise. I redid mine and they are quiet as can be.
If its not that it may be the center piece that goes over the radio and air vents

Alot of times that rattling is mistaken for the non functional air vents outside. I bet thats where its at.I have had two h2's and both had to have them redone!
