My driver side windshield trim was "humming" in the interstate so I took it into the dealer. Service rep said it was a pretty common thing and is covered under warranty. So, i get a loaner 09 H3 and head out. Few hours later my truck is ready. I go to pick it up and they replaced the trim on both sides of the windshield and the roof. He said the driver side was cracked and the roof rails looked a little warped. So they just replaced everything. Im very happy with there service, it reminds me of the service we get when we take our Benz in. The loaner was just a base model, but seemed so much faster than my Lux with Adv Pkg vehicle. Not sure if it was an alpha or not.

Anyway, just a heads up since ive seen a few posts about the plastic trim, it was fully covered at my local dealer.
