Does anyone know if the U steps are prone to rattling? Mine seem to rattle quite a bit and the dealer said they aren't going to get any tighter then they already are. Is there maybe some kinda washer or rubber gromet i can put in there to quiet them up?

 

They should not rattle tell the dealer to replace them are they factory ones.

 

Took it into the dealership AGAIN on Monday. That makes it the 3rd time for the same issues when I bought it almost 5 months ago. Of that 5 months its been at the dealship

first trip = 2 weeks
second trip = 4 weeks
third trip = 3 days and counting.

My sales guy SAYS that they removed the Usteps and put new ones on and the rattle is supposedly gone; but if I listed what happened in those 3 trips, you guys wouldn't think it was fixed yet either.

 

They supposedly installed washers to "mitigate" the rattling so it's supposedly fixed.
