Groaning front driver front area

I have a 2004 H2 and took mine in this summer because it was making a snapping type of noise when I turned and they replaced 4 washers in the front at no charge because it was a frequent problem. No recalls where issued but if you brought it in they will fix it for free. If I can find the paperwork I'll let you know exactly what washers they replaced.
